Job summary

APR Supply Co. is hiring a Warehouse Worker for the Lebanon distribution center on 2nd shift. You will operate a high reach forklift, pick, pack, and scan orders for pickup and delivery while ensuring safety and accuracy.

The role requires one year of warehouse experience with high reach forklift expertise, and the ability to operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• One year warehouse experience in a distribution environment, with high reach forklift experience.
• Experience operating high reach forklifts and maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to operate sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to count accurately on repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with hand-held RF scanners and Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to access and retrieve products from racking.
• Inspect items for quality and picking accuracy to meet standards.
• Package items securely and prepare for shipping or delivery.
• Build pallets and position them at loading docks.
• Report quality or inventory discrepancies to relevant personnel.
• Maintain equipment and report safety concerns promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in training sessions.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
