Pennsylvania Steel in Naugatuck, CT, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am, Sunday–Thursday). Lead the 3rd shift, supervise material handlers, and ensure safety and policy compliance at the Naugatuck location.

Requirements include 2–4 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred), forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Salary ranges from $49,000 to $52,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Forklift operations desirable; experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to 3rd shift team; disciplinary actions and performance evaluations; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with loading of trucks for material delivery.
• Ensure work order documents are completed correctly and on time.
• Exercise sound judgment and leadership for quality decisions.
• Notify of safety, personnel, or operational emergencies.
