Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate inventory, move materials, and support production with safe, efficient forklift operations. The role requires adherence to 6S standards and safety training.

You will operate MHE including reach trucks and scissor lifts, use SAP and RF scanners, perform replenishments and transfers, and participate in monthly safety training while supporting overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic forklift experience required or preferred with ability to obtain license.
• Demonstrates strong math ability and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe working environment by following safety policies and 6S principles.
• Executes reservation requests and moves materials to banked inventory locations.
• Performs replenishments and put-away tasks to support production and inventory accuracy.
• Processes transfer orders and bin-to-bin transfers to optimize material flow.
• Conducts reservation picking and dynamic Kanban picks to fulfill demands.
• Assists with freight unloading and proper storage of materials.
• Operates MHE and uses SAP/RF to complete inventory transactions.
• Reports inventory discrepancies and shortages to leadership.
• Works overtime as needed, including weekends, to meet production needs.
