Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Williamson, NY is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 10:00pm–6:30am). You will direct warehouse operations, oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy.

You will lead a team, ensure OSHA/FDA compliance, maintain equipment, manage labor within budget, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse or Production Environment.
• Leadership experience presenting to regional and local leadership teams.
• Experience with inventory and cost management systems: SAP or similar.
• Experience with MHE and FIFO/logistics principles.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Occupational Safety Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse.
• Ensure execution of policies for picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct counts and reconcile floor counts and shipments.
• Schedule and manage team within labor and budget while meeting demands.
• Ensure safety and equipment inspection compliance (OSHA/FDA).
