Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods in Eagan, MN is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) to lead daily warehouse operations. You will manage inventory, inbound/outbound shipments, and safety compliance to ensure a productive, clean, and safe facility.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse supervision within food manufacturing, with WMS/ERP proficiency and a valid driver’s license. OT may be required biweekly on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software, with strong Excel skills.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisor role in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2+ years in inventory control practices within a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive a sit-down forklift and company box truck.
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order staging.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, SOPs, and GMP to maintain product quality and safety.
• Lead the warehouse staff with direction, training, and development to ensure productivity.
• Schedule workflow to meet customer orders while optimizing inventory and minimizing waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
