Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician Sit-Down Forklift Operator for the Eagan, MN facility. The role covers shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions with emphasis on safe, productive operations.

The position requires 1+ year of forklift experience, proficiency with WMS (PLEX), and strong English communication. A valid driver's license is required. Some biweekly Saturday overtime may be needed to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift and ability to operate the forklift for ~90% of the shift.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience including order picking, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading trucks.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Utilize PLEX to track inventory, generate reports, and streamline operations.
• Confirm documentation for incoming shipments per guidelines.
• Visually inspect and count inbound loads for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production to ensure materials are available promptly.
• Load and document outbound shipments of finished product.
• Interact with drivers, delivery personnel, and contractors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dock and storage areas.
• Rotate inventory according to FIFO guidelines.
• Navigate PLEX Warehouse Management System.
• Operate electric sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack.
