Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:00 pm – 7:30 am, Mon–Fri). A two-week training period on 1st and 2nd shifts precedes the 3rd shift start.

The role requires hands-on leadership to manage daily warehouse operations, oversee staff, control raw materials and finished goods inventory, and coordinate inbound/outbound transportation while adhering to HACCP, GMP, and company SOPs.

Qualifications

Must communicate effectively in English.
Proficient in WMS/ERP and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Minimum 2+ years as supervisor in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2+ years inventory control experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Able to drive a sit-down forklift and company box truck.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order staging.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, SOPs, GMP and other policies to maintain product quality and safety.
Lead warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and development.
Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet customer orders while optimizing inventory and minimizing waste.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
