Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Manchester, PA to lead daily site operations on the 3rd shift, ensuring safety, productivity, and high service levels. You will manage associates, train new hires, and help run a site that supports Capstone’s logistics solutions.

The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution/transportation, with a competitive salary and benefits after 30 days. Calendar: Sun–Thu, 11:30pm–Finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven track record of high-level customer service.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organization and prioritization; capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Operate site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily logs, deposits, and bank transmissions.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and issues resolved.
