Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience: forklift and inventory experience preferred.
• Problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations and communicate with leadership.
• Perform cycle counts, work orders, and other inventory checks to respond to customer inquiries.
• Enter or update inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
• Act as liaison for warehouse-related needs regarding audits or customer visits.
• Perform customer hold procedures including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective action using hold, lot audit, and aging reports.
• Prepare inventory reports for customers and facility needs.
