Job summary

Red Gold, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You will log operations, coach staff, and drive process improvements while collaborating with auditors and management.

The role requires 4-year degree or equivalent supervisory experience in warehousing, with 2–4 years in a similar setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• 2–4 years supervisory experience in a warehousing or plant environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Job description

What You\'ll Do:

Manage Daily Assignments

• Log daily warehouse activities
• Suggest possible process improvements
• Work with auditors to ensure that guidelines and procedures are always followed
• Train and follow up with employees
• Administer disciplinary action to direct reports

Inspection of Warehouse

• Ensure that the warehouse is always clean and free from injuries
• Ensure that the quality, rotation and accuracy policies are always adhered to
• Manage shift change to ensure that they are carried out in an efficient and timely fashion

Follow-up with Shipping Documents

• Ensure that accurate timely processing of documents occurs
• coach employees who need help

Assisting DC Manager in Security and Fire Safety Issues

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Requirements for Success:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience in any of the following: Supervision, Business, Management
• 2 - 4 years Supervisory experience in a warehousing or plant environment
