Job summary

Certco, Inc. seeks a 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor at the Femrite location to lead the overnight team, ensure productivity and accuracy, and address issues to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will drive staffing, training, and process improvements while collaborating with other supervisors to coordinate cross-shift activities and support the rollout of the new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in warehouse, distribution, or similar environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Safety-minded and able to maintain a productive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse employees during 3rd shift operations.
• Set clear expectations and communicate priorities to the team.
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, accuracy, and quality.
• Coach employees and provide feedback when needed.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and operational issues.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate operations between shifts with other supervisors and management.
• Assist with training new employees and developing team skills.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall warehouse efficiency.
