GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am) in Omaha. You will oversee the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory, timely order completion, and excellent customer service while coaching staff and enforcing safety procedures.

The role requires 2 years in warehousing, plus SAP and WMS experience. Health, retirement, and disability benefits are included as part of a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Adhere to safety and 7S program standards.
