GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Omaha to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. The role provides leadership to the team and requires hands-on management of tasks, coaching, and compliance with safety policies.

The position calls for 2 years of warehouse experience, SAP familiarity, and proficiency with WMS and scanners, with a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am) and a supportive work environment.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and drive performance improvements.
• Use the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Safely operate equipment and provide management support.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
