Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable General Laborer for a busy distribution center in Mesquite, TX! This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working on their feet, handling materials, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 pm -2:30am; Pay: $17.50/hour. You will sort and organize materials, load/unload, ensure quality, and work safely as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Sort and organize materials including pallets, boxes, and bins.
• Hand-sort and stack wooden pallets safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and fold boxes in the break pack area as part of quality control.
• Examine products and materials to meet quality standards.
• Load and unload materials by hand.
• Move materials around the distribution center using pallets or crates.
• Properly stack and secure materials and verify loads are stable.
• Meet established productivity and production expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team with accountability.
