Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy Mesquite distribution center. This hands-on warehouse role focuses on safely moving pallets and materials while supporting production, shipping, and warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will have forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a strong safety mindset. The schedule is Thursday–Sunday, 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour, reflecting local market wages for skilled material

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join a busy distribution center in Mesquite, TX! This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for safely moving pallets and materials throughout the facility while supporting daily production and shipping operations.

Position Details

Location: Mesquite, TX
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 4:30 PM - 6:00AM
Pay: $19.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport pallets and materials throughout the distribution center.
• Load and unload customer trailers.
• Position forks and lifting equipment correctly under, over, or around loaded pallets.
• Lift, transport, lower, and stack materials in designated areas.
• Move pallets efficiently to support production and warehouse operations.
• Assist with hand-sorting pallets when needed.
• Make safe and efficient decisions regarding the movement and placement of materials.
• Follow all forklift operating procedures and company safety standards.
• Meet established productivity and production expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required records and follow instructions regarding documentation.
• Work as part of a team while maintaining accountability for performance and safety.
