Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy Mesquite distribution center. This hands-on warehouse role focuses on safely moving pallets and materials while supporting production, shipping, and warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will have forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a strong safety mindset. The schedule is Thursday–Sunday, 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour, reflecting local market wages for skilled material

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification/training preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong math and reading abilities.
• Attention to detail and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move pallets and materials.
• Load and unload customer trailers.
• Position forks and lifting equipment correctly.
• Lift, transport, and stack materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Complete required records and documentation as needed.
• Work as part of a team with accountability for performance and safety.
