Job summary

Ferguson is seeking 3rd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. The role focuses on safe, accurate, dependable work in warehouse, shipping, or receiving, with a 3rd shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM start time.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour shift differential; additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and training for PIT certification.

Qualifications

• Overtime availability as needed by business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or voice systems desired.
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following standard operating procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and participate in housekeeping.
