Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a full-time Order Fulfillment Associate in Chelmsford, MA, supporting AmerisourceBergen distribution services. You will stock, pick, pack, and ship customer orders, using RF scanning equipment and maintaining a clean, safe workflow in a climate-controlled facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read English, and willingness to work Sundays with possible overtime; sign-on bonus of $2,000 and pay starting at $21.50, up to $27.07 depending

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Able to read and understand the English language.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking, packing and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean.
• Verify product received against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damages.
