Job summary

Cencora is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Fall River, MA to support our distribution services for AmerisourceBergen operations. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, maintain inventory, and help ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced facility.

Shifts run Sunday 3:00 PM–Finish and Monday–Thursday 5:00 PM–Finish with starting pay of $24.66–$30.23 per hour, plus incentives and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. We value teamwork, reliability, and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Ability to operate power equipment and comply with safety standards (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and maintain designated areas.
• Use RF device to aid picking/packing and enter orders in the system.
• Conduct daily inventory and assist with inventory procedures as needed.
• May train new associates and operate in refrigerated or cage environments.
