Cencora is hiring a Distribution Associate in Mansfield Center, Connecticut to support AmerisourceBergen distribution services. You will perform order fulfillment tasks including stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping, using RF scanning equipment.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, English reading ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment with overtime. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Willingness to work the listed shift and overtime as needed.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and restocking inventory.
• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Outbound shipping of orders.
• Verify products against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain a clean work area to prevent injuries.
