Job summary

Cencora is seeking candidates for a full-time warehouse associate to support AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the US. The role offers a $2000 sign-on bonus and a day shift (Mon-Fri) starting at 5am until finish, with pay up to $24.30 per hour.

Overtime and various earning opportunities include shift differentials and incentives. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, staging orders, inventory control, operating power equipment, and training new associates.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience preferred.
• Ability to read product descriptions and shelf labels; basic math skills required.
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and attention to detail in a DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and stage customer orders; handle returns and inventory; operate power equipment.
• Verify received merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Enter orders and data into the computer system; inspect and return items to shelves.
• Assist with inventory counts and training new associates; may work in a refrigerated area.
• Use RF devices and forklifts as needed to fulfill orders and maintain accuracy.
