• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year work experience.
• Basic math and reading skills required to verify orders and labels.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of DC workflow and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to train/assist associates as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage customer orders; handle returns and shipping.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records; report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory.
• Use RF devices to aid in picking/packing stock and inventory tasks.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and ensure correct quantities.
• Enter orders, returns, and data into the computer system.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and discrepancy research.
• May operate power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach trucks) in safe conditions.
• Train new associates as needed and perform related duties.
