Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking a dependable Utility for our Ottumwa, IA manufacturing team. The role involves packaging finished products, inspecting quality, operating basic equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will collaborate with Production and Quality to meet daily goals and ensure GMP compliance.

The position offers a 3rd shift with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Training is provided, and a team-focused environment supports growth and safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bottles, boxes, and packaging materials for quality.
• Package and hand-pack bottles into containers.
• Assemble boxes, dividers and trays and prepare for shipment.
• Operate basic packaging equipment and load box-making equipment.
• Stack, band, and palletize finished pallets and stretch-wrap for shipping.
• Identify and remove defective products and report issues to supervisors.
