Marksman Security Corporation is hiring for a 3rd Shift - Unarmed Security Officer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri. The role pays $18.50 per hour with a 40-hour weekly schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM (Mon-Tue off).

Candidates should have security and customer service experience and be physically capable of the duties. Ideal applicants will be 21 or older with a high school diploma, valid state license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state security license.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Physical requirements to stand, walk, and perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and log entries.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Document and log visitors and inform residents of arrivals.
• Assist in protecting people and property and enforce policies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol interior/exterior areas to identify risks.
• Respond to distress signals, alarms, or emergencies.
