Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a State security license.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation; customer service or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Verify credentials and manage guest access; log visitors.
• Monitor surveillance and patrol interior/exterior perimeters.
• Respond to emergencies and contact first responders when needed.
• Enforce rules and maintain logs and reports.
