Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring for a 3rd Shift - Unarmed Security Officer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri. The role pays $18.50 per hour for 40 hours weekly, with Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00pm to 5:00am and off Mondays and Tuesdays.

Applicants should have security and customer service experience, be physically fit, and able to stand and walk for extended periods. The position includes opportunities for advancement, a quarterly attendance bonus of $100, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state licensing is required.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Ability to stand, walk, crawl, and endure extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and eject trespassers when needed.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Document visitor logs and notify residents of arrivals.
• Protect people and property while enforcing policies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; respond to alerts.
• Patrol interior/exterior to identify risks and hazards.
• Enforce rules and report safety concerns timely.
• Other duties as determined by management.
