Schupan is seeking a Truck Loader for the third shift in Kalamazoo, MI. The role connects production, fabrication, and delivery operations, including loading, routing, and on-site tractor trailer operation with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months related experience.
• 6 months forklift experience preferred; candidates must be able to be licensed to operate mobile equipment.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Knowledge of arithmetic.
• Basic computer skills including ERP systems and truck routing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute loading of SAPS and transfer trucks according to production schedules and shipping requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute truck routing schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Operate forklift and material moving equipment.
• Use a computer to perform data entry.
• Operate a tractor trailer within the confines of the facility (training provided on the job).
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
