Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Backhauler to join a 3-5 person team responsible for unloading trailers and breaking down products to meet warehouse specs. You’ll work in a fast-paced distribution setting, operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to move goods efficiently.

Compensation starts at $21.00 per hour with 2nd shift hours. Benefits include paid training, weekly pay, and health, dental, vision, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Experience operating pallet jack and handling equipment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive product, record codes and breakdown pallets per receiving procedures.
• Compile un-palletized products onto pallets.
• Move pallets from dock to correct aisles.
• Operate pallet jack and other equipment to move pallets from inbound trucks.
• Maintain productivity to prevent back-log of products/trucks.
• Travel required: No.
