Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ESS division is hiring for a Regulators Assembly Stacker on 3rd shift in Nacogdoches, TX. Typical hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with possible overtime.

The role involves assembling transformer cores and sub-assemblies, reworking defective parts, and ensuring quality and safety on the line. Compensation includes $21.00 per hour plus a $1.35 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of Nacogdoches, TX.
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization support will be provided.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble main, PT, and reactor cores and related sub-assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Follow specifications and procedures to assemble and test components.
• Load cores and coils onto the stacking line and stack around coil legs.
• Label units with order numbers and secure with steel straps.
• Perform rework on damaged/defective parts to meet quality standards.
• Operate various hand tools and heavy machinery as required.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and 5S+ housekeeping.
