Job summary

The Eaton ES AMER ESS division in Nacogdoches, TX is hiring a Shell Assembler for the 3rd shift. Core hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with potential overtime. The position offers an hourly wage of $21.00 plus a $1.35 shift premium per hour.

You will assemble transformers and sub-assemblies, follow blueprints and procedures, perform testing, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Benefits include health and retirement programs and more.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble shells using defined procedures, BOMs, and procedures to meet specifications.
• Load cores and coils onto stacking line and build/break down sub-assemblies.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements; perform routine tool maintenance.
• Test finished units for proper connections and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee lockout/tagout and safe operation of equipment in line with OSHA guidelines.
