Job summary

Jump Start Stores Inc. is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. You will assist customers, run the POS system, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment on shift.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing purchases, promoting promotions and loyalty programs, managing merchandise displays, and ensuring accurate cash handling. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and count money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with purchases.
• Operate the POS system and process cash, credit/debit transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized sales floor and cowork areas.
• Support promotions, loyalty programs, and product inquiries.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and balance cash drawer according to procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and comply with safety regulations.
