Job summary

ENNOVI is seeking a 3rd Shift Team Leader in Northvale, NJ to guide the evening shift and mold operations. You will oversee production tasks, ensure safety, and maintain quality while coordinating with day-shift leadership for continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, injection molding experience, and strong MS Office skills. The role offers 3rd-shift hours (11:00pm–7:30am) with overtime and a focus on safety and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in injection molding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily tasks are being completed by production employees
• Problem-solving issues to meet output goals
• Monitor quality of produced parts
• Resolve product/process issues
• Manage mold/die changes
• Ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Enforce EHS policies and promote 5S principles
• Communicate feedback from day shift leadership to 3 rd shift employees
