Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Lebanon, TN is seeking 3rd shift Stacker Operators to support our corrugated sheet feeder plant. The role offers hourly pay with shift differential and potential for increased compensation based on skills and performance.

Orientation starts on 1st shift, with permanent 3rd shift assignment after orientation. Responsibilities include operating automated stacker equipment, monitoring control systems, troubleshooting, and performing basic asset care.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing/industrial/military environment OR post high school education in a manufacturing/industrial centered program
Flexibility to work any shift including overtime, holidays, and weekends

Responsibilities

Operate automated stacker equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems
Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
Maintain adherence to safety rules and wear safety equipment
Perform tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours in a loud industrial environment
