Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Lebanon, TN is hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Production Operators to support a corrugated sheet feeder plant. Starting pay is $24.00/hour on 2nd/3rd shifts, with a raise to $25.00/hour after 90 days. A $2.25 per hour shift differential applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts, with additional increase after probation.

Shifts include 1st shift orientation, with permanent 2nd shift assignment after training. Eligible for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment or related program.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting with a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated equipment to defined standards and product specs.
• Monitor control systems and troubleshoot to maintain production.
• Perform basic asset care, maintenance, and cleaning of work areas.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and work in a loud, high-volume environment.
