You will follow standard batch instructions, monitor temperatures, and sample batches for quality testing. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed is required; starting pay is $19.00/hour with shift differential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• GMPs and Allergens knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and wear PPE.
• Accurate documentation and batch records.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard batching instructions to measure or weigh ingredients.
• Lift heavy drums and bags with proper PPE.
• Transfer materials and set up equipment.
• Monitor temperatures and consistency of mixes.
• Sample and test batches and record results.
• Complete batch paperwork and CIP cleaning documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
