Job summary

V2X Inc. at Fort Irwin, CA seeks a full-time receptionist to support the NTCTSC at the National Training Center. You will handle visitor access, badge issuance, and routine clerical duties, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations in a security-sensitive environment.

The role requires English fluency, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to travel if needed. This is a 3rd shift, on-site position within a US military training contract.

Qualifications

• High School / GED required and one year receptionist experience.
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• Experience with MAXIMO and Microsoft Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Symmetry Professional system to verify access and issue badges.
• Process and print Unescorted Access Badges and issue appropriate badges.
• Maintain the Range Operations Log for NTCTSC personnel movements.
• Create, review, and search MAXIMO work orders; coordinate with maintenance.
• Perform routine clerical tasks: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
