Job summary

Applied Laboratories, Inc. in Columbus, Indiana seeks a 3rd shift Senior Maintenance Technician level 2 to ensure reliable pharmaceutical production equipment.

You will perform advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on lines, HVAC, and utilities, while maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with PLCs, sensors, and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience with experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/FDA compliance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and diagnose issues.
• Maintain control systems and documentation, ensure GMP compliance and audits.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
