Job summary

JPS Composite Materials LLC is seeking a dedicated operator to run Sectional Warper, Conventional Warper, and Creel. You will ensure the production of high-quality warps and sectional beams while maintaining maximum efficiency and proper housekeeping in the machine area.

Responsibilities include setting up machines to specifications, performing doff procedures, assisting with creeling, and reporting any quality or performance issues to the shift manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write.
• Must have good eyesight.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift light to moderate weights (25+ pounds).
• Must possess computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Sectional Warper, Conventional Warper and Creel.
• Produce good warps and sectional beams at maximum efficiency.
• Set up machines to specifications and perform doff procedures.
• Assist creeling and packing out; report quality/performance issues to supervisor.
