Job summary

Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero Company, is hiring a 3rd Shift Sanitation Technician in Dunkirk, NY. You will clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities, maintain sanitation records, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating sanitation equipment, applying chemicals correctly, and supporting safe line startups. The role requires physical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and facility areas.
• Maintain sanitation documentation (Daily Sanitation Records, Master Sanitation logs).
• Operate sanitation equipment and chemical dispensing systems.
• Follow color-coded cleaning tools to prevent cross-contamination.
• Perform COP processes and general facility cleaning.
