Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some equipment maintenance/technical ability.
• Some knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SOP, Pest Control Programs, USDA & FDA regulations.
• Some computer skills. Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation and maintenance tasks for overnight shift.
• Ensure proper sanitation and timely handover to production for start-up.
• Inspect facility and equipment for compliance with sanitation laws and standards.
• Operate CIP chemicals, lubricate machinery, and support pest control.
• Monitor boiler operation and perform minor repairs.
