Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years solid work experience; sanitation/chemical handling preferred.
• Stable employment history with minimal gaps.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 10–12 hours.
• Able to work in wet, hot, and slippery conditions.
• Team oriented and capable of leading others.

Responsibilities

• Communicate respectfully with each member of the organization.
• Adhere to safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Execute sanitation and COP processes for equipment and lines.
• Follow SOPs, MCS/MSS, and chemical titrations; document accordingly.
• Apply root-cause analysis to problems and use problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Train and develop workgroup members and new hires.
