Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring for a third shift sanitation role in Texas. You will clean and maintain the assigned area, tear down and set up machinery, and handle cleaning solutions under supervision. On-the-job training and day-one benefits are provided, plus a referral bonus.

The role requires night shifts, ability to stand for long periods, and strict adherence to safety rules. Poultry experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights and extended shift hours.
• Experience with teardown/setup of machinery is preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Follows safety rules and PPE protocols.
• Attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning chemicals to sanitize machinery and areas.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment at shift start/end.
• Assist with setup before production begins each morning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Follow directions and work across departments as needed.
• Complete tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Support sanitation and safety initiatives as required.
