Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a sanitation associate to clean, sanitize, and maintain production areas. You will tear down and reassemble machinery during cleanup, assist with pre-shift setup, and follow supervisor directions.

The role requires basic math, ability to work nights and weekends, and a strong work ethic. PPE and strict safety policies are observed in a fast-paced poultry environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts.
• Basic understanding of machinery teardown and setup.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all machinery and areas assigned.
• Tear down machinery at start of cleanup shift.
• Assist with setup before production starts.
• Follow directions from supervisors and perform duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
