Job summary

Tyson Foods in Enid, OK is seeking a Food Production - Sanitation Operator for the 3rd shift. The role starts at $19.90 per hour with a $0.85 shift differential and involves cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up equipment for inspection at start-up.

Responsibilities include operating and disassembling equipment, inspecting products, maintaining a safe work environment, and coordinating with other departments to maximize equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to operate production equipment (blenders, cookers, fryers, mixers, packing machines).
• Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Must obtain PIT certification.
• Must follow USDA and Quality Control Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and disassemble equipment for cleaning and setup for inspection and start-up.
• Clean and sanitize work areas using high pressure hoses.
• Set up equipment for startup and ensure guards are replaced after cleaning.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize non-running time.
• Follow GMPs and company policies.
