Job summary

Tyson Foods in Enid, OK is seeking a Food Production - Sanitation Operator on the 3rd shift. The role cleans and sanitizes equipment, disassembles for cleaning, and sets up for inspection while following USDA and QC regulations. Requires willingness to work long hours, operate heavy equipment, and maintain a safe, orderly workspace.

Starting pay is $19.90/hour with a $0.85 shift differential. OT and weekend work may be required, and PIT certification is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Operate and disassemble equipment such as blenders, cookers, fryers, mixers and packing machines.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment for inspection at start-up.
• Follow USDA and Quality Control Regulations and GMPs.
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift and overtime/weekends.
• Obtain PIT certification and maintain safe handling of tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine equipment and inspect product as assigned.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitary setup.
• Maintain neat, safe work area and proper chemical handling per policy.
