Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of sanitation experience required.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long shifts, and working in cold, wet conditions.

Responsibilities

• Remove all product and materials from assigned area.
• Pre-rinse area from top to bottom; apply chemicals and soaps to all equipment from bottom to top.
• Final rinse and area check; replace sanitation materials after use.
• Set up and operate machines in production areas; follow lock out/tag out procedures.
• Monitor equipment settings and maintain cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
