Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety practices.
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper handling.
• Experience with sanitation methods and equipment used.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation.
• Understanding MSDS sheets and chemical labels.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed sanitization of production machinery and the facility.
• Oversee proper machinery break down, wash, sanitize, and assembly.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of floor scrubber and steam cleaner.
• Adhere to OSHA and Heartland Sweetener QC safety procedures.
• Maintain proper PPE usage.
• Perform related duties as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
