Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville seeks a Rotational Molding Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Horicon, WI. You will operate the molding equipment, manage mold changes, and maintain safety and quality standards while collaborating with the team.

The role requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and knowledge of measurement tools. 3rd shift hours are 10pm–6am, Sunday to Thursday, with a $4 shift differential and on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple math and measurements.
• Ability to quickly learn precision measurement tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machine to meet plant metrics on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and safe, follow 6S rules.
• Transfer resin into ovens and molds for forming.
• Work with team to assemble/dismantle molds and perform mold changes.
• Document actions in production and quality logs.
