Sauder's Eggs is seeking a Palletizer Operator to manage the automated palletizing line in a fast-paced production area. Responsibilities include setting up and troubleshooting the palletizer, coordinating with the production team for labels, and maintaining smooth material flow.

The role involves heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs), standing for long shifts, and adhering to safety protocols with steel-toe boots. A reliable team player mindset is essential to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of and ability to work in a fast-paced packaging environment.
• Certification to operate an electronic pallet jack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot the automatic palletizer to ensure continuous production flow.
• Program the palletizer using correct order labels with the production coordinator.
• Monitor and adjust the tape machine, change tape rolls, and clear jams to keep operation smooth.
• Verify materials are ready, stock at shift start, and stack non-routed items weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Ensure correct pallet labels and layer counts; assist with wrapping and banding pallets; monitor case counts.
