Job summary

Sauder's Eggs is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain high-speed production line equipment, troubleshoot failures, and perform routine electrical and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 12–36 months of relevant experience and be comfortable with heavy lifting and a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires strong pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and offers an on-site 3rd shift schedule (Sun-Thu,

Qualifications

• 12-36 months of progressive and relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot failures to repair and maintain complex production equipment.
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently to meet productivity targets.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Manage paperwork and records, and prepare forms/reports as needed.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required.
• Perform basic maintenance of facilities, grounds, and buildings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
